Field fire burns at the edge of a Stourbridge housing estate at Norton

A grass and field fire burned along the edge of a housing estate at Norton in Stourbridge, West Midlands, on 15 August 2026. Drone footage looks down over the estate as the fire burns at its boundary, sending a broad plume of smoke across the treeline towards the homes. The fire front and the ground it has already burned are held in a single unbroken run of just over two minutes. The contributor says the footage was shot before emergency services arrived.
