Contributor agreement

By submitting content to PressApp you confirm that:

• You captured the content yourself, or have full rights to license it.
• You did not trespass, harass, stalk, intimidate or break the law to capture it.
• You did not endanger yourself or anyone else, and you followed police cordons and private property rules.
• The content is authentic and materially accurate. If you edit, crop or enhance it, you will not misrepresent the scene.
• You have the consent or other legal basis needed to share any identifiable private individuals where required.
• You understand PressApp may decline, blur, crop, watermark, remove or refuse to license your content.

You retain copyright. We may market your content to publishers, and if a sale happens you will be credited according to the payout terms shown in the app or agreed with the buyer.

If you submit exclusive content, you agree not to license the same content elsewhere during the exclusivity window shown at upload or sale.
