Terms of service

These terms govern your use of PressApp. By creating an account you agree to be bound by them.

Eligibility. You must be 18 or over to use PressApp.

Your content. You retain copyright in everything you upload. By submitting content you grant PressApp a non-exclusive licence to market and license that content to publishers on your behalf.

Payment. You receive 70% of the net sale price for every accepted submission. Payouts are made weekly to your nominated bank account or PayPal.

Conduct. Don't endanger yourself or others, don't fake or stage shots, don't trespass, and follow our safety guide.

Termination. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You can close your account any time from settings.
